Emails are imported read-only for logging. You can send emails through StudioFlow which will also appear in your regular email client.
Individual records can be archived but not permanently deleted, ensuring audit trail integrity. GDPR deletion requests are handled separately.
No, internal notes are strictly for team use and never appear in client-facing views or exports.
Initial email sync imports the last 90 days. Older emails can be manually imported if needed.
